The Day of Dog Portraits was organized by Mim Adkins Photography and the urban hound.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the MSPCA and Animal Rescue League of Boston.
The event was held on April 5, 2008 at the United South End Settlement's Children's Art Centre.
Because of her illness, the session with Rangeley was a special dedication.
